1. Review Your Order

It’s your responsibility to verify all details before finalising your purchase. Our checkout process allows you to review and modify your selections before payment. If you spot an error after submitting your order, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to adjust it before processing begins.

Important: Unless otherwise stated, all online courses remain accessible for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions may be available by contacting our support team.

2. Upon Finalising Your Purchase
Your order isn’t confirmed until you receive an official acceptance from us. We typically send this via email with the subject line “Order Confirmation.” If we don’t have an email address for you, we’ll mail a physical confirmation to your provided address.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
For consumer purchases made online, a statutory 14-day cancellation period normally applies from the date the contract is made, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. To request cancellation, email info@learnitachieveit.co.uk with your name, order number and course.
If you expressly request immediate supply of digital content, give prior express consent and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once supply starts, your cancellation rights may end when supply begins, where the legal requirements are met. For services begun during the cancellation period at your express request, the applicable service-cancellation rules and any lawful proportionate charge apply. Simply accessing a course does not, by itself, override statutory rights where the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained.
Promotional and discounted courses retain all applicable statutory rights. This policy does not affect remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content or services. 4. Payment Policies
Late payments will incur a £25 administrative fee. Please ensure timely payment to avoid additional charges.

5. Exam-Inclusive Packages
For courses that include exams:

All exams must be completed within 12 months of course activation.
Exam credits are applied only at the time of booking—not in advance.

LearnIT AchieveIT reserves the right to withhold exam entry or payment of exam fees until these requirements are fully met. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all course materials are completed in accordance with our progression standards. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the student being ineligible for company-funded exam entry.
6. Secure Online Transactions
We prioritise your security. Our system encrypts all personal and payment information using SSL technology, the industry standard for safe online transactions.

Pricing Note: All fees are listed in British Pounds (£). Prices may adjust without prior notice due to supplier changes, though you’ll always see the current rate before completing your purchase.

7. Our Availability
Support Hours: 9:00 AM – 8PM (UK time), Monday through Friday.
Response Time: We aim to reply to all inquiries within 2 business days, barring technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
8. How We Handle Your Data
We collect only the information you provide during registration or checkout.
Your data is used solely to process orders and improve our services. We never sell your details to third parties.
For order fulfillment, we may share necessary information with trusted partners or instructors).
